Broadway Minerals is currently developing and drilling 20,000 acres in North Texas’ Barnett Shale play. Broadway Minerals has long-term leasing programs in Bosque, Cooke, Hill, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Tarrant and Wise Counties.

Oklahoma
Broadway Minerals has recently entered into leasing programs in southeastern Oklahoma's Woodford Shale play; to date, Broadway Minerals owns 5000 mineral acres in Hughes and Coal counties and is in negotiations to add another 8000 to 10,000 acres by year’s end.
